All of our technicians complete an in-depth induction course upon joining the company. This is carried out at our head office by our team of skilled and experienced technical trainers.
During their time in our Training Academy the new technician will receive their van, uniform and all equipment and will be trained on everything from the handheld smartphones we use, through to the technical aspects of the job, including plastic repair procedures, headlight alignment and vehicle damage assessments.
As part of their induction our mobile repair technicians undertaken an IMI (Institute of Motor Industry) assessment in our own IMI Accredited centre at our Rushden Head Office. All of our trainers that deliver these qualifications are registered IMI assessors and re-visit all of our workforce at regular intervals to maintain standards and ensure up to date knowledge across the business.
