Our Advisors are the first point of contact for our customers, therefore it is imperative that you are able to convert all opportunities into quality appointments, whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service at all times.
The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience and be a confident communicator with the ability to deal with both internal and external customers at all levels. We are looking for somebody with an excellent telephone manner and a passion for delivering exceptional service. The ability to work in a target driven environment, a keen eye for detail and the ability to easily absorb volumes of information in order to provide the best standard of service are essential.
The person we are looking for will ideally have three years' experience in a customer service or similar environment, previous experience in an automotive repair business, and a relevant NVQ or qualification. However, these are not essential requirements of the post.
This is not a cold calling role and the successful Contact Centre Advisor would be working largely on inbound and outbound service calls.
The Contact Centre Advisor would be required to work 40 hours per week (08:00 - 17:00 / 09:00 - 18:00 and 1 in 5 Saturdays 08:00 - 13:00 with time off in lieu).
